Have You Received the Wrong Item?
If we make a mistake and send you the wrong item in any order, we'll replace it for you at no extra cost. To arrange a replacement, please get in touch with us within 10 days of receiving the wrong items.
Have You Recieved Damaged items?
When you receive any of the products we sell, we promise that they will all be fully functional. You can return an item you've bought if it was harmed in transit and get the exact same thing in exchange. To arrange a replacement, please get in touch with us within 10 days after receipt.
Did You Order an Item By Mistake?
During 30 days of your purchase, you may return any items you ordered accidentally or for any reason, provided the manufacturer's packing hasn't been changed with or damaged, and they're still in resalable condition. We'll authorise a refund of once your item has been received at our headquarters, examined, and accepted for return.
How Are Refunds Issued?
In most cases refunds are issued directly back to the original payment account.
