This AC Power Supply, with a North American Power Cord, is intended for use with all Eclipse 2, 3 and 5 Series Portable Oxygen Concentrators. While utilizing the Eclipse with AC Power the Power Cartridge WILL re-energize consequently in the unit.

USAGE: The image at right is an example, individual power supply plans might fluctuate. The Eclipse AC Power Supply will be warm during use. Guarantee that there is in every case a lot of room for ventilation around the AC Power Supply during use.

PART & MODEL NUMBERS:

• SeQual uses different "part" and "model" numbers for the same products, so Part Number 5940/5941 will have a Model Number of 5789/5790.
• Part Number 5490/5491 (or Model Number 5789/5790) is compatible with all Eclipse 2 and Eclipse 3 POCs.
• Part Number 7086 which was compatible with the Eclipse 1 POC has been discontinued by the manufacturer.
• Part Number 4141 which was compatible with Eclipse 2 POCs has been discontinued and replaced by Part Number 5940/5941.
